Do-It-Yourself Acupressure Technique Helps “Boomer-itis” Patients Stay Active

Sports injuries have become the second most-common motive for visits to your doctor’s office among the 78 million Americans born between 1946 and 1964. Because lower backs, shoulders, hips, and knees are prone to wear and tear, especially among middle-aged weekend athletes.

Older people may respond a little more slowly than school athletes because they will have more issues to deal with when implementing EFT. But I tell them that age is not what when I am told by customers within their fifties they are getting aged makes them feel old but instead strain as well as their perceptions in general.”
