Nu-Tek BioSciences, LLC introduces HSP-A Soy Peptone. HSP A has been found to be effectinve in improving yelds of probiotic microorganisms.

Hopkins, MN December 16, 2009 -- Nu-Tek BioSciences, LLC. (www.nu-tekproducts.com) is meeting the demand for Non-Animal Peptones by introducing HSP-A Soy Peptone. HSP-A, previously manufactured by Nutricepts, Inc. (Burnsville, Mn), is a high quality Soy Peptone. HSP-A is proven to improve growth rates and yields. HSP-A has been found to be especially effective in improving yields of the probiotic microorganisms L. acidophilus and Bifidobacterium ssp. Nu-Tek utilizes a unique proprietary process to enzymatically hydrolyze and purify soy protein to produce a high quality peptone. Only enzymes of microbial orgin are used to produce these peptones. HSP-A can be used in cell culture, microbiological media and fermentation media.
